Infinity Classic Homes now building on large wooded homesites in Auburn Lakes

Building on its success with homebuyers in multiple subdivisions around the Spring and Tomball corridors, Infinity Classic Homes is now building on large, wooded homesites in The Reserve neighborhood in Auburn Lakes, offering a luxurious new collection of one- and two-story floor plans priced from the $240,000s to $340,000s.

Pre-opening sales are now under way, and a Spring 2010 grand opening is planned for Infinity Classic’s decorated model home in The Reserve, the two-story Princeton. With over 3,900 square feet, this four-bedroom model will showcase the collection of spacious floor plans offered on the wooded 70-foot-wide homesites in The Reserve.

Designed especially for the large homesites in The Reserve, Infinity Classic’s Premier Series floor plans include three-car garages as standard, no-extra-cost features, and four-car garages are optional on many plans. Exteriors blending stone, Acme brick and cedar trim harmonize with the wooded surroundings, while front porches and covered patios offer outdoor gathering areas.

Inside, standard features include granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplashes, oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and all of the energy efficiency features you would expect from an Energy Star and Green Certified homebuilder. Plans range from 2,500 to 4,300 square feet overall, with one-, 1-½ and two-story designs available.

The Princeton model will showcase the flexibility that allows homebuyers to customize their new Infinity Classic homes. In addition to the option for a four-car garage, the Princeton offers buyers the option of adding a study or mother-in-law suite downstairs. Other options, per plan, include adding covered patios, and extra bedrooms and bathrooms.

With three sales recorded in The Reserve shortly after Infinity Classic opened its sales center, the builder is off to a strong start in Auburn Lakes Reserve neighborhood.
