Roads, Bridge Projects Enhance Auburn Lakes Location
Houston - Auburn Lakes, a new 500-acre master-planned community, is becoming the neighborhood of choice in northwest Houston with several new roads opening that make the community a prime location. Auburn Lakes is located just off Gosling Rd. near West Rayford Rd., just 4 miles south of The Woodlands Parkway.

Residents of the community are taking advantage of a new extension of Gosling Rd. along with a new bridge over Spring Creek that is now complete, connecting Auburn Lakes with The Woodlands, a 27,000 acre community. Gosling Rd. now provides a direct link to the multitude of shopping, entertainment and medical centers located in The Woodlands. Residents of Auburn Lakes are actually closer to The Woodlands Town Center than many of the residents in The Woodlands.

Other road projects enhancing mobility in Auburn Lakes include the first section of West Rayford Rd. from Gosling Rd. to Northcrest Dr. which was completed in February 2003.

In the near future, West Rayford Rd. will also be extended from Kuykendahl to Gosling Rd. which is a direct route through a prime, developing area of Houston.
